Our Objectives
We cater to kids aged 8 to 16 from diverse backgrounds, families seeking creative and educational outlets for their children, music enthusiasts, and supporters of youth empowerment initiatives, as well as local communities and schools interested in promoting arts and culture. Funding and Sustainability We seek grants, donations, and partnerships with local businesses and sponsors. Revenue generated through our resell shop and sponsorships for music festivals also contribute to our sustainability. Marketing and Outreach We utilize social media and collaborate with schools, community centers, and youth organizations to engage with our community and create awareness about our organization and its mission. Governance and Management Our organization is led by a diverse board of directors, and we have qualified staff and volunteers to manage daily operations, ensuring transparency and accountability. Evaluation and Impact Measurement We constantly measure and evaluate the impact of our programs through participation and feedback from kids and parents, online radio station metrics, and the growth of young artists involved in our music festivals.
